During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. This allows you to track orders and save preferences for future shopping.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.

We offer two thoughtful delivery options:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch
  2. Free Shipping (orders over $50 USD): via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days with real-time tracking provided.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we don’t offer expedited shipping as we prioritize careful handling of all orders. For urgent baby shower gifts, we recommend selecting Standard Shipping and ordering at least 3 weeks before needed.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day happiness guarantee from delivery date. If any item doesn’t spark joy (as childhood should!), simply email our care team at [email protected] to initiate an easy return process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Opened bath goods or apothecary products
  • Personalized items
  • Pacifiers that have been removed from packaging
